Injector id

83 is hard wired

84-85 is "H", part #MD60 8909
85.5-86 is "J", part#MD61 4004 ( this is after 12/84 )
87-89 primary is "L", part#MD61 4036
87-89 secondary is "M", part#MD61 4102

There are mistakes made from mixing in injectors that were also in TBi Galants and the Colt/Mirage which physically fit but aren't the same size nozzle and have different color tops, like tan, brown, pink.  This will not work in your 2.6L TBi system.

84-86 Colt turbo uses two, both are stamped "B", part#MD60 8910
87 also went to the same primary/secondary system the Starion did except that throttlebody is twisted 90 degrees. The upper portion of the TB is different from a manual to auto trans and the throttle cable mounts differently.
MD61 4103, rear
MD61 4104, front

The injectors all appear to be the same and are except for the nozzle opening diameter

New secondary in the bag, same part # as for a Starion just not the Mitsu logo paper with the same number on it in the plain bag

If the actuator doesn't have some pre-load on the WG passage, you won't be building boost as you should.  If the actuator arm is removed from the flapper pin, it should be about 1/8-3/16" too short to reach the pin.

Those "error" codes.

In 87 they deleted part of the description on code #3, or the COMMON one about the MAF.  If your car STALLS it will throw that code.  How many ever had their motor die and how many got that retarded "code" and said their MAF was bad?

Your Exhaust Manifold.

It was really a bad part, they ALL warped at the back and this is what they came up with for a solution.  What you need to do is remove the manifold, have it milled flat and repair the stud(s) or threads in the head if you have any that are damaged then you can reinstall with the layered "new" gasket or any that has a metal clad ring surrounding the port opening. Some inexpensive ones have the layers of the gasket exposed in the ports and these can burn away.  As long as you have one that wraps metal over the edges of the gasket layers in the ports OR the three layered stainless gasket, after you get the manifold flat again it won't warp again.
